The Global Summit was expanding from a single-day conference into Global Summit Week, a two-event day pairing the Breakfast of Corporate Champions with the Summit itself, in the organization's 15th year.

The event design had to feel authoritative enough for boardrooms, warm enough to reflect a community, and distinct enough to signal that the conversation is moving forward.

As the event Creative Director for 50/50 Women on Boards, I led the creative vision for the 2026 Global Summit Week in New York, from the theme, The Future Board Agenda, to the visual identity, on-site experience, and photography and video direction. The result was a cohesive, board-level event that moved a 15-year movement from recognition to responsibility.

What I Led

  • Visual identity. I designed the event system across digital, print, and environment: identity, typography, color, imagery, and templates for speakers, sessions, sponsors, and social.

  • Executions. I directed the touchpoints attendees encounter: web, email and invitations, stage and session visuals, signage and printed programs, sponsor placements, and the overall program presentation.

  • Photography and video. I set the direction from shot list to final selects, covering the keynote, panels, honorees, networking, and sponsors, and directed the on-site team.

  • Content and voice. I shaped session titles, descriptions, and copy that speak to directors as peers.

  • Team. I led [number] collaborators, working with CEO Heather Spilsbury and [others], managing reviews and approvals on a fractional basis.
